The store today
The Greek store runs on Shopify Plus and serves Greece and Cyprus with separate markets, pricing, shipping and Greek/English content. It supports a loyalty program, wishlist, store locator, an extensive catalog with shade selectors and ongoing promotional campaigns, within a storefront that faithfully reproduces the brand’s international design system.

The challenge
The challenge was to bring KIKO Milano’s international digital experience to the Greek market, matching the global design system precisely while operating in Greece and Cyprus, supporting loyalty and fully integrating Entersoft ERP, without compromising speed or stability during peak campaigns.
The Netsteps solution
